This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how we ("we", "us" or "our") collect, use, and protect your information in the "Ever Beyond: Idle Merge Empire" mobile application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

a) Account and Purchase Information

• Username or display name
• In-app purchase receipts (validated through PlayFab)

b) Device and Usage Information (collected automatically)

• Device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID, vendor ID)
• Device model, operating system version, and language
• App usage data and interaction analytics
• IP address (used for general location, not stored long-term)

c) Crash and Performance Data

• Crash logs and diagnostic information
• App performance metrics

d) Advertising Data

• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) — only if you consent
• Ad interaction data (ads viewed, clicked)

e) Gameplay Data

• Records of Cosmic Conquest battles: your in-battle actions, unit positions and battle results, linked to a pseudonymous ID

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to collect and process data:

• Google AdMob: Serves advertisements, collects ad identifiers and interaction data
• Google Firebase Analytics: Collects app usage and interaction data
• Google Firebase Crashlytics: Collects crash reports and diagnostics
• Google Firebase Authentication: Creates an anonymous ID for your app installation. It does not collect your name, email or phone number
• Google Firebase Storage (Google Cloud): Stores gameplay records
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging: Delivers push notifications
• PlayFab (Microsoft): Account management and purchase validation

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate the App, validate purchases, display advertisements, analyze usage and gameplay records to improve and balance the game, and diagnose crashes.

4. Advertising and Tracking

We use Google AdMob to display ads. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing your advertising identifier for personalized ads.

If you deny tracking or do not consent, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized. You can manage your ad consent preferences at any time through the Privacy Settings option in the App's Settings menu.

5. Your Rights

EEA/UK (GDPR): You may access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and withdraw consent at any time.

California / US State Privacy Laws: You may know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of data sharing. We do not sell your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary. Analytics data: 14 months. Gameplay records: 12 months. Crash data: 90 days.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
